The Ranges cover the period 1980 - 1990 and will be designed to allow players to play out all the possible scenarios of what could have happened if the Cold War had ever turned 'hot'.
In addition the figures are suitable for gaming in all those third world flashpoints that served directly or indirectly as battle fields for the superpowers and their proxies, including the Russian invasion of Afghanistan from 1979 - 1989, the Lebanon 1982 - 1984 and Africa throughout the 80's.
Gamers will undoubtedly see figures in the catalogue pages which will be usable as troops not listed and that is fine too as many of the smaller nations used uniforms, arms and equipment supplied by the Superpowers of the time.
